Article 1 – Definitions

Article 2 – Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving a reason. Return the product in original condition with all accessories.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to all Mapleluxx offers and purchases. They are provided in advance and digitally if applicable.

Article 4 – The Offer

Offers are non-binding and clearly described. Images aim to reflect the product accurately, though color differences may occur.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is valid upon acceptance of the offer. You’ll receive confirmation via email. Mapleluxx may reject orders based on legitimacy checks.

Article 6 – Withdrawal Procedure

Notify us of your return within 30 days by email or letter, and return the product within 30 days after that.

Article 7 – Return Costs

Return shipping is at your expense. We’ll refund your payment within 30 days of receiving the product or proof of return.

Article 8 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

Withdrawal is excluded for custom-made items, perishables, hygiene products with broken seals, or personalized goods – if stated clearly beforehand.

Article 9 – Pricing

Prices include VAT. Changes due to legal regulations are allowed. Typing errors do not entitle you to the incorrect price.

Article 10 – Compliance & Warranty

Mapleluxx guarantees that products meet the agreement and description, and are fit for normal use. Legal rights remain intact. Report defects within 30 days. Warranty is void if items are misused, altered, or affected by government regulations.

Article 11 – Delivery & Fulfilment

Orders are processed with care and delivered within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. If delays occur, consumers can cancel for free. Return costs for substitute items are covered by Mapleluxx. Risk remains with Mapleluxx until delivery.

Article 12 – Subscription Contracts

Consumers may cancel indefinite or fixed-term subscriptions with a max. one-month notice. Silent renewals are only allowed under clear conditions. Contracts over one year can always be cancelled after one year.

Article 13 – Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of the withdrawal period starting. Customers must report incorrect billing details immediately. In case of default, reasonable costs may be charged.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days. A reply will follow within 14 days. If more time is needed, this will be communicated. If the complaint is justified, Mapleluxx will repair or replace the product.

Article 15 – Disputes

Canadian law applies to all agreements, including for customers living abroad.

To cancel, simply email us at support@mapleluxx.com. You may use our withdrawal form, but it’s not required.

Return Conditions:

Refunds
