Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

  • Certain items such as earrings, underwear, or personalized products may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons (if applicable to your products).

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
